REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final and no order cancellation is allowed.

We apologise that we are unable to process refunds or exchange for any other reasons due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes.

REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED PRODUCTS ONLY

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us via email or Instagram message within 5 working days.

For us to facilitate a refund, the item must be unworn, unused and unwashed with the original tags attached.

Upon confirmation of the defect, we will refund you within 30 business days.
